While many of the big name real estate brokerages have fancy, usually expensive training programs they offer to their new agents, it's mostly basic sales training, and does nothing to help prepare the agent for how to truly develop their business and ongoing skill set.  While basic sales skills are important, that alone is not going to be enough to truly develop an agent for long term success.  No wonder why 1/10 of their agents never make it past 5 years of doing business in the real estate industry.

Not only does New Forest Realty offer a free and comprehensive training program, but it's specifically tailored around the nearby market and each individual agent's strengths and weaknesses.

Our training is an ongoing process.  If any company says they can train you in 6-8 weeks then they're setting you up for failure.  To master any profession or skill, it takes regular, ongoing training for many years.  That is why we offer weekly training sessions about a wide variety of subjects to prepare our agents to take on any real estate challenge.
