Hello, I'm the CEO and Founder of New Forest Realty.  I have 10 years of experience working at several big box real estate companies, as well as several medium to large property management companies in the Cleveland / Akron real estate market.  I have been one of the leading investment specialist real estate agents / brokers in the Cleveland / Akron market and have done hundreds of successful investment and traditional real estate transactions. 

During this time, I've have seen one consistent pattern that is currently plaguing the entire real estate market as a whole right now, and that is the lack of accountability at the top.  Why are 9/10 real estate agents no longer doing real estate after 5 years?  Is is because only 1/10 agents are qualified / motivated / disciplined to have long term success in this business or is it something else?

As someone who has been a Realtor / Broker for almost 10 years, I know first hand this is not the case.  There are thousands of agents out there who could have all the success they want and deserve, but are set up for failure. This is because, the sad reality is, the vast majority of real estate brokerages care more about acquiring as many agents to work for them as possible, so they can accumulate more money in agent monthly fees, than giving agents the tools, leads and support they need to succeed.

Just like forests need the right combination of clean water, biodiversity, favorable soil, and the right amount of sunlight to grow, real estate agents also need the right combination of a positive environment,  real world training, free coaching, and real estate leads to thrive as a successful agent.  

Because of these reasons, we wanted to create a new way of doing real estate that focuses on three simple, yet powerful objectives.  To provide world class real estate services to our clients, to pay real estate agents some of the highest commission splits in the industry and to provide them the right environment for them to be successful and flourish, and to do our part to help the environment by donating a portion of every sale towards charities and organizations that plant trees all over the world.
