David Leggett, Managing Broker and CEO of New Forest Realty, has over 10 years of experience in the Cleveland / Akron real estate market and is one of the leading investment specialist agents in Ohio.  David has done hundreds of successful real estate transactions in this market and has worked several of the largest brokerages and property management companies in the area.

After 10 years of cutting his teeth doing a wide variety of real estate transactions, property management, leasing, and commercial real estate, and seeing first hand how poorly many of these companies are being run, David wanted to create something new where real estate agents are respected and can succeed, real estate investors can profit off of sound real estate investments, and tenants are treated with the utmost respect and their issues and complaints are handled with urgency and professionalism.

David is also in the process of training for a black belt in American Kenpo Karate and is constantly working on improving his craft as a real estate broker / property manager and believes mastery is a life long but worthwhile pursuit.
