We're dedicated to making sure that every agent finds success, and not only the 10% that are successful at traditional real estate companies.  We set our real estate brokerage up differently with this emphasis on individual agent success at the very core of our business model.  This why we pay our agents top industry commissions, offer free training, free coaching, as well as multiple ways an agent can make money.  

Unlike most real estate companies who charge money for their leads and training programs, we at New Forest believe these should be baseline offerings that any real estate brokerage should provide their agents.  Because we're focused on seeing all of our agents succeed, we offer free training, free coaching, and free leads so that every agent is set up for success.  We understand first-hand how important leads can be for agent success and have multiple marketing efforts in place, dedicated to create warm leads for our agents.

Anybody who has worked in sales knows how frustrating it can be waiting for a commission check, or having a deal fall through and wipe out your expected income for that month, so we at New Forest Realty, in line with our new approach to doing real estate, have built in multiple income streams to our business model so that agents have multiple ways they can make income.  

Because we're also a property management company, this allows agents to make money from a variety of property management duties, to leasing properties, transaction management, courier duties, just to name a few.  We will also have exclusive real estate teaching positions, only being offered to our agents, opening up soon with our New Forest Real Estate Academy opening late summer 2024 that offers affordable pre and post real estate licensing for the state of Ohio.
